In a very secure boomed off area so much so that street side parking is an option at night and it is super secure.
It has its own separate entrance, although the main gate is shared and there is one uncovered parking inside.
Furnished to suit the cottage and tenant's needs. The owners are flexible with the furnishings to suit tenant requirements.
The bedroom has a three quarter bed in and why the property is best suited for a single professional or student and has a study desk and built in cupboards.
The living area is open plan and has a kitchenette for you to use and has most of your basics (just bring your pots the basics are there).
There is a separate bathroom and you have a balcony to enjoy as well.
As the unit cannot accommodate a washing machine, the owners have included once a week washing (no hand wash) and cleaning as part of the rental. The property is kitted with an inverter (battery) to assist in times of loadshedding.
Wi Fi, water and electricity will be for the tenant's account.
Please note the owners live on the property (family of 4) and they do have two dogs (must love dogs). Cute small dogs who are friendly.
