Strictly no dogs allowed unfortunately. Cats are more than welcome.
This home is the second home on the property at is at the back. It has a lovely garden area (owner will take care of the garden) and a beautiful lapa for your own personal use.
The home itself has two sections to it with the main home having a kitchen, lounge dining room area with a fire place. (This kitchen does not have an oven) and has two bedrooms with cupboards and a bathroom with a shower in bath for you to use. Your washing machine has its place in the bathroom.
The second part of the home has another lounge area with cupboards (like kitchen cupboards) and a movable stove with an oven. The 3rd bedroom is located off this living area and has its own en suite bathroom with a shower only.
Water and electricity is for the tenant's account and the home has its own meters.
There are two carports available but is not suitable for the larger bigger car.
