This cottage is needing a young couple or professionals who do not have pets or children. (This is not a pet friendly property or child friendly property). Quiet individuals who do not smoke and do not like to party.
The cottage is lovely and offers you one very spacious bedroom with built in cupboards and there is a separate full bathroom (tub and shower). There is a separate guest bathroom for you to enjoy.
The kitchen is separate and small but functional and enough for the home. Does have space for two wet appliances and ideally a single door fridge however a double can be placed in the living area with more than enough space.
The living area is very spacious and sunny and offers enough space for a dining room table and a lounge area.
Just outside this lovely space you will find a shared garden and under cover patio that leads onto the gorgeous pool that you are welcome to enjoy.
Nearby Kings School and Robin Hills school as well as many arterial roads to lead into Randburg, Sandton and Linden for those who need to zip into the office.
The suburb is safe and quiet and lovely enough for you to go for walks.
